Pleasant stay because of the staffs
The staffs are helpful and polite. Good selection of breakfast. Comfortable bed. Convenient location.
There are people hanging around smoking on the same level. The unit does not seems to have been occupied for sometime. The towels are off whites and old. The bedsheet look like it’s left unused for long time and have smell.

Stay in TAKES Hotel
I like the food, buffet. I like the toilet, it is clean. The pool is relaxing and the staffs are nice. I like the big window (city view) we stay on the 9th floor. It was a comfortable stay.
Expensive food, for the buffet it was good, however, With the price, I was expecting them to serve beef or seafood, but most of the time, I can see vegetables. The housekeeping staff didn’t comply with our request. The location from the stores like Alfamart or Indomaret far needs to get grab bike or car. The floor is not clean and dusty. There is a slipper under the bed, they didn’t check fully. they say TV is cable but it has only a few channels. I was expecting to watch Cartoon Network but it's not included. Most of the channels are locals. Then the elevator is too small.

Fabulous location with great City View!!
Very Strategic Location in Down Town with Landscape and City Light View, Room was clean and the Reception Staff was very Polite
But at 10th Floor was very noisy because of Rooftop Resto above, and The Lobby stairs was very high, it's too difficult for handicapped person
